From showings to negotiations to home inspections, there are a lot of moving parts involved in the home buying process. And whether you’re a first-time home buyer or someone who is jumping back into the housing market, it can be challenging to keep up. That’s why CENTURY 21 Commonwealth is hosting two-hour home buyer workshops from January through March.

You can choose from nine workshop dates at three locations:

The Local (Whole Foods Plaza, 350 Cambridge Rd, Woburn)

  • Tuesday, January 17th
  • Tuesday, February 28th
  • Tuesday, March 21st

Common Grounds (319 Broadway, Arlington)

  • Wednesday, January 18th
  • Wednesday, February 15th
  • Wednesday, March 22nd

Bertucci’s (4054 Mystic Valley Parkway, Medford)

  • Wednesday, January 25th
  • Wednesday, March 1st
  • Wednesday, March 29th

All workshops will take place from 6-8pm, and food will be served. If you’re interested, you should choose one date that works well for you, as similar material will be covered in each workshop.

Our home buyer workshops provide a great chance for you to hear from local Realtors, mortgage consultants, attorneys, and home inspectors. You’ll also have an opportunity to ask any questions you may have about the home buying process. If you’re ready to reserve your space at any of our workshops, email homebuyerinfo@commonmoves.com. Have any friends who are getting ready to buy a home? Go to the CENTURY 21 Commonwealth Winchester page on Facebook and click ‘Events’ to share the info about our upcoming workshops.
