LYNNFIELD and NATICK, MA -- CENTURY 21 Commonwealth, a leading resource for home buyers and sellers throughout Eastern Massachusetts, continues its fast-paced growth with the opening of an office in the town of Lynnfield.

Founding Partner George Patsio confirmed that the company is opening its 21st location at 36 Salem Street, Lynnfield, this month. This closely follows CENTURY 21 Commonwealth’s November opening of a new location in Needham, along with a substantial increase in the size of their Lexington and Newton locations.

Veteran real estate professional Marjorie Youngren and her team have joined the CENTURY 21 Commonwealth Lynnfield office; the team additionally includes Ellen Crawford, Debbi Runcie, and Beth Crumrine. Youngren developed and led this strong team of real estate professionals at RE/Max Leading Edge in Lynnfield, where they produced $40 million in sales and earned membership in the Chairman’s Club, reserved for the top 1% of agents throughout the RE/Max organization.

Youngren writes for the “Ask the Realtor” column in the Boston Sunday Globe’s Address section, providing information and advice to home owners and buyers. She has also been featured on the HGTV House Hunters show, and has been a guest on WBZ Radio Boston.

“I am extremely grateful to the owners of CENTURY 21 Commonwealth,” said Youngren. “They have made an incredible commitment to us by not only opening a new office in a fabulous Lynnfield location (minutes from Market Street) but providing full-time office support staff for us as well. It is obvious that they want to be a leader in this market by offering an unparalleled level of service and marketing tools for our buyers and sellers. This is totally in line with our goals and we couldn’t be more excited to be part of this growing and innovative company! With all the additional support CENTURY 21 Commonwealth is affording us, we know we will take our business to a whole new level,” said Youngren.

George Patsio said, “We are very pleased to welcome Team Youngren to our family. They are successful and respected real estate professionals who we know will help us accomplish great things in our new Lynnfield location.” He added, “This has been an exciting year of growth for CENTURY 21 Commonwealth and we look forward to another strong year in 2017.” To learn more about CENTURY 21 Commonwealth opportunities, please contact George Patsio at 508-810-0702.
